He held managerial positions in Italcable and later in Ericsson (Vice President of Marketing and Customer Solutions, responsible for the outsourcing contract for the H3G network).

In 2008 he founded Nergal Consulting, a consulting company specializing in supporting high-tech companies. In 2021, he joined ICTLAB PA, and he has been involved in the growth of small and medium-sized companies and local administrations, by using subsidized finance.
