The project’s goal is to export ICTLAB PA’s services within the EU starting from Romania and Eastern countries:

- Positioning and brand: revision and optimization of the brand for target markets with the development of multimedia assets
- Visibility: participation in exhibitions and organization of specific events (workshop)
- Acquisition of new partners interested in applying for Romanian tenders or European funds’ calls
- Governance-focused thanks to the inclusion of a Temporary Export Manager

Main goals:

✔️ Promoting our skills and experience developed at the national level in the implementation and management of IT solutions and digitalization for the Public Administration
✔️ Promoting our skills in supporting companies to submit to European calls and implement innovative projects
✔️ Getting in touch with Romanian technological companies, especially top Software Development Companies
✔️ Creating the basis for the expansion into new markets (Romania and Eastern countries)
